Service · Conversion optimisation

More enquiries from your existing visitors.

You don’t need a new website straight away to get more enquiries. With the conversion package, we measure where visitors drop off, fix the biggest obstacles and show you after six to eight weeks what has changed.

Tracking, analysis, implementation and follow-up measurement – at a fixed price, without a relaunch and without a months-long project.

Sound familiar?

The visitors are there – the enquiries aren’t.

01

No real numbers

You don’t know how many visitors your site gets, where they come from or whether anyone actually submits the form.

02

Unclear path to enquiry

Visitors don’t understand quickly enough what you offer and what to do next – and they’re gone.

03

No budget for a relaunch

The site is basically fine. A complete rebuild would be too expensive and take too long – but it can’t stay the way it is.

Scope of services

What’s in the
conversion package.

Four steps, one goal: more enquiries from the traffic you already have. Real data instead of gut feeling decides what we change – and at the end, you see in black and white what it delivered.

What you get

Implementation included

We implement the most important improvements straight away, prioritised by impact and effort. No report that ends up in a drawer.

Follow-up measurement after 6–8 weeks

We compare before and after and show you in a short report what has changed.

Clean tracking

Set up or repaired in a privacy-friendly way: enquiries, calls, bookings and email clicks.

Analysis from the visitor’s perspective

Message, user guidance, forms and loading time, with a prioritised list of the biggest obstacles.

Wrap-up call

With a clear recommendation on what makes sense next.

Of course, also

Clear reporting instead of analytics chaos

Optimised for smartphone, tablet & desktop

You approve every change beforehand

Privacy-friendly

Fixed price, no follow-up costs

Also for websites we didn’t build

Who it’s for

For websites that should be doing more.

01

Solid site, few enquiries

Design and tech are fine, but the site hardly brings in enquiries. That’s usually where the biggest potential lies.

02

Unclear what’s wrong

It feels like the site isn’t working – but nobody knows exactly why. We find out before you put money into the wrong solution.

03

Before you run ads

If you pay for clicks, you should have a site that turns visitors into enquiries. Otherwise you’re paying for traffic without results.

Process

In four steps to more clarity.

01 · Week 1

Set up tracking

We set up privacy-friendly tracking – or repair the existing one – and define what counts as an enquiry.

02 · Weeks 1–2

Analyse

We go through your site from your visitors’ perspective: message, user guidance, forms, loading time and smartphone.

03 · Weeks 2–3

Implement

We implement the most important improvements straight away – prioritised by impact and effort. You approve beforehand what gets changed.

04 · after 6–8 weeks

Measure again

We compare the numbers before and after, assess the overall impact and discuss what makes sense next.

What the result looks like

Your list of obstacles.
Prioritised by impact.

After the analysis, you get a clear list: what keeps visitors from enquiring, how strong the effect is and how much effort the fix takes. We implement the most important points straight away.

The homepage doesn’t say who it’s for.

The headline names the company, not the visitor’s problem.

What our clients say

“

Working together was efficient, inspiring and straightforward. He breathed new life into the functionality and design of my website and clearly optimised it for conversions. I particularly value Kim’s clear, constructive attitude. His combination of technical know-how, an eye for design and a human touch made Kim a true partner rather than just a service provider.

Questions about conversion optimisation

How much does the conversion package cost?

The package is a one-off fee from €1,490 net (excluding VAT) – depending on the size of your site. After a short discovery call, you receive a fixed price. There are no ongoing costs.

What’s the difference from the free website check?

The website check is a first assessment by video: Kim shows you where the biggest levers are. The conversion package goes further: we set up tracking, analyse in detail, implement the most important improvements and measure what they delivered.

Don’t I need a new website instead?

Not necessarily. The package is worthwhile if your site is technically sound: easy to use on smartphones, fast enough and easy to update yourself. If the foundation is outdated, we’ll tell you honestly and recommend a relaunch. If you decide on one within six months, we credit whatever can be reused from the package – such as tracking, analysis and insights.

Do you guarantee more enquiries?

No – and anyone who guarantees that should make you sceptical. What we do promise: clean tracking, traceable improvements and an honest assessment of what has changed.

Why don’t you test every change individually?

Because it doesn’t work for most websites: with a few hundred visitors a month, a meaningful A/B test takes months. So we fix the obvious obstacles together and measure the overall impact in a before-and-after comparison. We can’t say which individual measure delivered how much – and we tell you that openly. Individual tests become worthwhile once there’s enough traffic, for example with running ads.

And what if too few visitors still come afterwards?

Then traffic is the bottleneck, not the site. For that, we discuss targeted measures such as ads or local visibility – on a site that then demonstrably converts better.

Does this also work if my site isn’t built with WordPress?

Yes, the package also works for websites we didn’t build. With WordPress we can start right away; for other systems, we check in advance what’s possible.

Just take a look first, no strings attached?

Not sure whether the package is right for your site? In the free website check, Kim shows you by video where the biggest levers are and whether the package is worthwhile for you.
